Shipping Information
Where do we ship?
We currently ship to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Delivery Time:
Since our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer in Asia, the delivery time is generally 10–25 business days. In exceptional cases, slight delays may occur, for example, due to customs or increased shipping volume.
Shipping Costs:
The current shipping costs will be displayed to you at checkout.
Tracking:
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to track your package.
Customs and Import Duties:
For deliveries from Asia, customs duties may occasionally apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer. Generally, no customs duties apply to packages with a goods value under €150.
